Camila Vasques dos Santos

Currently, Camila is Partner at Agência Porto Consultoria, and is part of the team managing the Environmental Division of the company, among other services.

Ivam Jardim Arienti

Technologist in Logistics and Transport at FATEC/Baixada Santista (2009) and post graduated in Port Management at Catholic University of Santos (2010). Ivam is Partner at Agência Porto Consultoria and is part of the team coordinating Technical, Economic and Environment Feasibility Study (EVTEA) for Port Terminals, including EVTEA for anticipated extension and/or reconstitution of the financial and economic balance of leasing agreements, among other services.

Juliana Machado de Souza

Graduated in Law at Federal University of Santa Catarina (2008) and post graduated in International Trade at University of Valencia, Spain (2011). Juliana is a Lawyer and Port Consultant at Agência Porto Consultoria and visiting consultant at FEESC. Currently, she is part of the team providing legal opinions and analysis in port regulation and administrative law, among other services.

Projects developed: Feasibility study of the design and implementation of a single window in Brazilian ports under the jurisdiction of Ministry of Ports (2010-2011). Maria Izabel dos Santos Magalhães

Economist graduated at Catholic University of Santos (1988) and post graduated in Finance at PUC/SP (1991). She is a certified advisor at the Brazilian Association of Financial and Capital Markets institutions (ANBIMA) and owns an in-company specialization in Business Management (2007).
Maria Izabel has extensive experience in financial markets and worked in several institutions like Banespa, Santander and Citibank. She worked in various activities in the “Pessoa Jurídica” segment, meeting customers, negotiating interests and coordinating teams, developing opinions and credit analysis, balance sheet analysis and projections in order to approve and manage loans to customers and potential customers. Also worked in the development of Compliance analysis. Throughout her career, Maria Izabel was always constantly learning and updating, adapting to the constant market changes.

Camila Mascarenhas Florentino

Environmental Engineer graduated at Catholic University of Brasilia – UCB (2010) and master’s degree in Chemical Engineering at the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo – USP (in progress).
Camila has extensive experience in port environmental management, creation of models for environmental indicators, analysis and preparation of Environmental Feasibility studies and solid waste management program.
Currently, she works as an environmental consultant in Agência Porto Consultoria, acting in the preparation of Environmental Port Feasibility Studies.

Celso Luiz da Silva

Engineer with extensive experience in Port Bidding Process and in port terminals projects. Celso worked in recent years in the preparation of companies to participate in various Bidding Port Lease Processes in Brazil and in the elaboration of projects and authorizations for the construction of port terminals, piers and dolfins among the brazilian coast.

Sergio Martins de Assis

Consultant graduated in journalism at Faculty of Communication of Santos/UNISANTOS (1986), with technical training in Logistics and Transport at COPPE/UFRJ (2004), and in Law at University Paulista – UNIP (2011 – incomplete). Sergio held the positions of Advisor at the Secretaria do Patrimônio da União- SPU (2010-2015), responsible for coordinating the SPU office in Santos, analysis of administrative proceedings, advisory in the regularization of properties in the Port of Santos, and analysis on “Aforamento/Inscrição de Ocupação/Cessão de Espaço Físico em Águas Públicas/Cessão de Áreas às Prefeituras e Órgãos Públicos” proceedings; Consultant for the Board of Director at Brasil Terminal Portuário – BTP (2008-2010), working with a focus on the process of environmental licensing and Community Relations; and Consultant at São Paulo Port Authority (2003-2007), responsible for port leasing contracts analysis, bidding committees and advisory services in the relationship with the community and local institutions.
